Angela wrote a book about her time with Bowie called "Backstage Passes: Life on the Wild Side with David Bowie."
In the book she claims that she made Bowie into the star he is. She claims that the man-dress, androgyny, Ziggy Stardust, etc. was all her idea. I don't know the truth in that, but it was a scandalous, interesting read.
